Digital PDF Printing
When you use electronic notices, you automatically get PDF Printing. This allows you to review the job before committing it to ink. There are three PDF files. One is for reviewing, one is for mailing, and one is a journal for the post office.
Even More
Performance is an important priority. We have improved performance by optimizing file access. This will be very important for those who have slower networks, for example some of you have multiple stores and are using VPNs to access your other stores, this will allow us to speed up the program over VPNs and eventually offer a cloud version of SuperPawn.
We also developed a completely new Signature pad software. Now with version 2 tellers can watch the signature happen on-screen in real-time. Tellers can also see the same visual prompts the customers are presented with and can assist by accepting or canceling directly for visually impaired customers. Capturing initials works the same as capturing signatures if your contract has places for the customer to initial.
We now support the the 2D barcode format of the new California ID for inputting customer information. SuperPawn continues to support the older 2D format. We have looked into the Matricula from Mexico unfortunately the information that is needed is not in there. We are also in the process of adding 2D support for other U.S. states.
Superpawn supports many ticket formats including our proprietary multi page ticket format known as “17L”. Xceldata has always offered a ticket format that works with Superpawn we are especially proud of this format that can be configured to streamline your operation. All our ticket formats are selected in our control file and when you select the 17l there are additional options such as which tear offs will print, which barcodes will print, and many more options. You’ll find these options in the SuperPawn control file.
Xceldata has redesigned its gun log to correctly track changes to any gun related items. This complies with new federal requirements. We will be releasing a detailed video on how to use the gunlog in the upcoming month.
SuperPawn now supports Tracking of additional non taxable sales. These include wholesales, Internet Sales from customers out of state, and reselling foreclosed items back to the original customer. We also support the sale of metal bullion. Look out for another video that will explain the different types of sales and how we handle them.
